תפקידה של מחלקת אקדמיה הוא מתן ייעוץ, הכוונה וטיפול בכל נושא אקדמי. המחלקה מציעה מגוון גדול של שירותים אקדמיים שיעזרו לכם לסיים את התואר בהצלחה: מאגר סיכומים ומבחנים, תקנוני זכויות, שיעורים מצולמים, מאגר מורים פרטיים, חונכויות לסטודנטים מתחילים ומתקשים, ייצוג בוועדות משמעת ועוד. המחלקה עובדת בשיתוף פעולה עם האוניברסיטה על מנת לסייע לסטודנטים, לאכוף הפרת זכויות ולשדרג תקנונים וכל זאת על מנת לשפר את החוויה האקדמית והסטודנטיאלית של הסטודנטים באוניברסיטה.
